Mr. Victor Acheampong

Victor Owusu Acheampong is the Secretary to the Board of Directors of Juaben Rural Bank plc (JRB). He is the Human Resource Manager and has held this position since January 2018. He started his career with JRB in February 2008 as an Office Secretary. He rose to become the Administrative Secretary in 2011 and held this position till December 2017 when he was appointed the substantive Human Resource Manager. He expertly combines this duty together with the demands of being a Board Secretary as well as being the Secretary to the Finance, Administration and Human Resource Committee. Mr Victor Owusu Acheampong holds a Master of Business Administration – Human Resource Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology – Kumasi (2016) as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) from the University of Education, Winneba (2011). Mr. Victor Owusu Acheampong is a very hardworking member of JRB and upon whose shoulders the staffing situation of the bank rests. He is an entrepreneur and a consummate perfectionist.
