Mr. Stephen Acheampong

A distinguished member of the Board of Directors of Juaben Rural Bank, Mr. Stephen Acheampong is an experienced Director with diverse backgrounds in education, finance and business. He is a Chartered Certified Forensic Accountant and a member of the Institute of Directors. He has held various leadership positions. Prior to his current engagement at JRB, he was the Chairman of the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), Ashanti Region, and Director of the Global Model Community School. A very strong academic, Mr. Acheampong has an enviable educational background with degrees in MBA (Marketing) from the Lawrence Technological University in Southfield Michigan, USA and a BA in Sociology with Economics from the University of Ghana, Legon. Currently a PhD candidate in Marketing, he has to his credit, over 10 published articles in top international journals. Mr. Acheampong is a man of many parts, a successful entrepreneur and a proud supporter of the underprivileged.
